McCallum and his crew promised a 2.9% property tax increase for 2022, but for many people, it’s not turning out that way. This is the third year in a row McCallum and his faithful four councillors Laurie Guerra, Doug Elford, Mandeep Nagra, and Allison Patton have said 2.9% and delivered much higher increases.
